As part of the Franz Hecker Scholarship, Kreissparkasse Bersenbrück offers young artists in the field of fine arts (painting, sculpture, graphics and photography) the opportunity to work artistically for a period of three months without any major financial burden. The scholarship is endowed with a total of 10,000 euros. Artists with a residence or residence permit in the Federal Republic of Germany are eligible to apply. The age limit is 35 years.
