Rundgang 2025 - eXtase HIGHLIGHT: Light Breathing with Vidya and Klaus Ulbricht

Light breathing is a dynamic trance breathing meditation that can be used to initiate or accelerate personal and collective change and transformation processes. Through conscious, focused breathing, one's own energy field is built up to such an extent that an expanded, transcendental state of consciousness can be achieved in which one's own potential can be recognized and suppressed experiences, feelings and emotions can be made conscious and integrated or dissolved together with the associated programs. In deeper phases of the practice, a state of intense ecstasy can also unfold - an ecstatic experience of pure aliveness that reaches far beyond everyday consciousness and enables a deep feeling of connectedness, freedom and inner expansiveness.

Vidya and Klaus Ulbricht are the founders of naou® and the developers of Light Breathing®, a dynamic Conscious Breathwork method that combines intensive trance breathing with modern energy medicine. As pioneers of breathwork and consciousness transformation, they are passionate about the creative use of what creates consciousness, heals and brings people to themselves.

Please bring along: Pad (e.g. yoga mat) and eye mask (if available).
