From food waste to food upcycling - where does food waste occur from the field to the plate and how can it be avoided?
To kick off the weekend, we invite you to an informative and, above all, delicious evening on the topic of food waste, food recycling and food upcycling at Uni:Lokal. After an entertaining input by chef Stefani Ross on the topic of food waste, we will try out various food upcycling examples and discuss the topic.
