An invitation to make yourself uncomfortable.
"Discomfort is revealing of worlds," writes Sara Ahmed (2023), pointing out to us that in the state of discomfort lies the potential to make the familiar visible, speakable, designable, and thus changeable. Design teaching and learning is (also) a practice of discomfort, contradictions and tensions. What can we learn if we approach these conditions with curiosity?
