Recognizing and explaining Israel-related anti-Semitism.
The workshop focuses on the perspective of university lecturers. It sensitizes participants to recognize and address Israel-related anti-Semitism in the context of the debates surrounding the Middle East conflict. It offers a comprehensive insight into anti-Semitic narratives and images. Topics such as (anti-)Zionism, the apartheid accusation and the connection between anti-Semitism and racism in the context of the Middle East conflict will also be covered. In addition to providing the necessary background knowledge, the workshop offers the opportunity for discussion and exchange.
