I do not create spaces. Never present and always there, for 14 billion years, temporal spatiality. Subchronic, depersonalized necessity of life in billions, populated by those who fight for it. Including me. I appropriate public time-spaces for art and self-sense, the others are either too invisible or too expensive, soaked in blood and buried with bodies. Out of necessity and ill-prepared, I crawl into the supply tunnel of institutional violence, push my stuff forward and hold a shovel of resilience against it. According to the definition, publics are "audible to all, visible, not secret like the nuisance and accessible to the general public, usable". Great, the exemplary reference to annoyance. Corresponding to the antisocial networks in which everyone is in common. Ultimately, you are exposing yourself. Hopefully a smarter, more objective version of you. More clever than you and I, the id can escape the author and thus qualifies itself to be preserved for posterity. To escape, that would be desirable for both the author and his work. But first we drag things and ourselves around. Transportation is therefore the essential theme. It is life itself. Moving beings manage their flow of electrons. Everything is transfer. Process. Standstill is death. And time, this strange space, destroys everything. It and it are the weight of time in the cosmos, which imposes finiteness on it. Our standstill is moving towards us, drilling into us. We are its resonating body, its mass crushes the largest organ, its chains crush and throw wrinkles and hematomas. Weighty performance synchronously clocked. We are clocks and we build clocks.
