Studied art history, theater and film studies, cultural anthropology and political science at Gutenberg University Mainz and Goethe University Frankfurt am Main; thesis “‘From analog to digital and back again’? Notes on the carpet as a medium of contemporary art using the example of Gerhard Richter, Nevin Aladag and Faig Ahmed”, awarded with the Cellini Master's Prize. Since 2020 teaching assignments at Goethe University and other institutions as well as project-related activities at the DZ BANK Art Foundation in Frankfurt am Main. Since 2021 research assistant in the Department of Art and Knowledge at the University of Kassel.
Main research interests: Art history and theory from 1880 to the present, materialist theories and critique of ideology, relationship between art and economics (critique), aesthetics of the digital, art writing
