Head of Press and Public Relations

Since October 2015 Cigdem Özdemir has been the press secretary and spokesperson for the press department at the Kunsthochschule Kassel.

She completely her master’s degree in the science of history and German studies at the University of Bielefeld. Still as a student she worked on projects (press and publicity work) for the Competence Center Technology-Diversity-Equal Opportunities e. V. After her studies she served in a variety of functions – both in the education sector as well as in media – in the area of press and publicity. Recently she worked in the academic division of TransMIT Gesellschaft für Technologietransfer mbH (Gießen) as a project director for national conferences.
