"Elinize saglik" is Turkish for a toast or congratulations for a job well done - especially good cooking! Our event for collecting donations for the victims of the earthquake in Turkey and Syria therefore has the same name. We sell fifteen different recipe posters from various illustrators on a donation basis. The evening will be accompanied by Turkish and Syrian food + music.
