In cooperation with the City of Plauen, the e.o.plauen Society, the Forum K Gallery and Stadtwerke - Strom Plauen GmbH & Co. KG, the Plauen-Vogtland Art Association is organizing the competition for young artists for the seventh time in order to promote talented young artists in the field of HAND DRAWING. The age limit is 25 years of age.
