The team of Women’s* and Equality Officers invites students at the Kassel Art Academy to the Women’s* General Assembly. All students who identify as women or as people of diverse genders are invited. The aim of the assembly is the regular election of two student Women’s* and Equality Officers to join the existing team.
Adding student representatives to the team is essential and necessary to ensure that all perspectives and interests are covered and taken into account. The student equality officers represent, in particular, the interests of female students, address concerns regarding improvements to the study environment and offer support in dealing with current problems. Working together makes it possible to organise this role flexibly and to engage in thematic dialogue.
