Building on an exhibition held in autumn 2022, students from the Art History programme at the Kassel Art Academy and the Department of Architecture, Urban and Landscape Planning at the University of Kassel have compiled a comprehensive monograph on the North Wing of the Art Academy, which has now been published by Deutscher Kunstverlag. It is the only building by Paul Posenenske, who worked for many years in Kassel as a university lecturer and architect, to have been preserved largely in its original state. At the same time, it is a particularly fine example of post-war modernism and university architecture in Kassel.
The event is open to the general public.
