The narrative simulation „The Smell of Weather Turning“ follows a figure through a summer and the quiet resistance of borrowed and used things under her hands. Readers meet the figure one action at a time while her inner life stays hidden. The text is projected fragment by fragment on a loop.
Grethe Fuchsia Mara queers dusty techniques and lends smooth technologies leaky bodies. Unruly beasts, witches, swarms and glitches nest inside seamless order and free play.
Accessibility: a ramp for the entrance steps is available on request. The toilet is not wheelchair accessible.
