In the workshop for employees of the Kunsthochschule Kassel we will deal with fundamental questions around the topics of gender, romantic and sexual diversity. Using examples from everyday life and university, we will reflect on and expand our own insecurities and assumptions about gender and sexuality. In doing so, we will work on concrete ways to approach gender, romantic, and sexual diversity in an appreciative way through a discrimination-sensitive attitude. No previous experience is necessary.
